We begin with a deep intake process to understand your story, health history, nervous system state, and personal goals. This allows us to tailor a unique roadmap aligned with your values and needs.

I integrate trauma-aware practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and healing. This includes somatic tools, breathwork, mindful inquiry, and boundary work to safely explore limiting beliefs and past experiences.
